IMPACTSOM's Capacity Building and Training service offers tailored training and capacity-building programs, from needs assessment through mentorship, that strengthen institutions and communities.

This approach is reflected in engagements such as the institutional strengthening work delivered for KRDO, which paired the development of Standard Operating Procedures manuals with capacity-building workshops for government staff.
