Strengthening Institutions Through Governance and HR Reform

Institutional development is one of the areas where IMPACTSOM works most closely with Somali organizations to build stronger, more accountable systems. In a recent engagement, IMPACTSOM partnered with ACORDO to strengthen its institutional capacity through comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Development (OD) training and policy support.

A similar assignment with KRDO focused on strengthening institutional systems, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) manuals, and delivering capacity-building workshops for government staff — pairing the systems an institution needs with the skills to use them.
